Potatoes are dried in the sun until all the moisture is removed. In Quechua, yapa means “a little something extra.” It’s a tradition from our hometown of Cochabamba where food vendors surprise their favorite customers with a small, free gift. We’re proud to continue that tradition with a yapa from us to you! Included All orders come with a complimentary 8 oz container of our house made Llajua, spicy sauce. Llajua lovers, alert!  Add extra Llajua to your order. Make sure to freeze leftovers for later! Our classic OG saltena we made back in 2012! The triple pork saltena has Chinese Hot Pot flavors and Bolivian traditions with 3 cuts of pork: Roasted skin, smoked pork neck, pork shoulder. Jigote (soupy fillng) is made with aji panka chile, fennel, star anise, cinnamon with a sliver of a hardboiled egg. Very Juicy. Slightly Spicy.
