Mocochinchi (Peach)

Mocochinchi (Peach)

A traditional Bolivian beverage made by steeping sun-dried peaches with clove, cinnamon, and fresh lemon. Served ice cold with a delightfully rehydrated peach at the bottom — a little treat you can enjoy for the cherry on top. Pronounced (MO-CO-CHEEN-CHI). Mocochinchi in Quechua means “dehydrated peaches,” but in the native tongue of Bolivian llamas, it simply translates to: “YUM!”

Mocochinchi Hot Honey Bros'ter

Mocochinchi Hot Honey Bros'ter

Your favorite Hot Honey buttermilk fried chicken sandwich just met Bolivian Peach Mocochinchi… and things got spicy! Meet our Mocochinchi Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich. What’s mocochinchi? A beloved Bolivian drink made with sun-dried peaches, cinnamon, clove, and lemon. We take that peachy goodness, infuse it into wildflower honey, then turn up the party with aji panka chiles and habanero powder for a sweet, smoky kick in the pants (not too spicy, promise). Recommended add-ons: Creamy avocado • Thick-cut bacon Pro Tip: Don’t want soggy lettuce/pickles on delivery? Have it served on the side. Your sandwich will thank you.

Small spot putting out big flavors in Sunnyside. The beef saltenas were soupy, savory, and surprisingly filling. Our server Valeria was amazing, helping us pack up even more food to take for later 🤤. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to!

Great Bolivian food, the fries and jackfruit bowl were great. Mac and cheese could use more spice. I adored the salteñas the most
